TEAM LEADER – NORTH REGION

To support our growth, we are looking for a team leader.

 

Your role :

Working with the site manager, your main responsibilities will be :

• Supervising and coordinating the tasks of a team of operators for whom you will be responsible on site.

• Working with your team to rehabilitate drinking water mains by spraying food-grade resin, in line with quality requirements.

• Monitoring task progress and checking quality. Ensuring safety rules and procedures are followed, on behalf of the site manager.

Given the specialised nature of the work carried out by ART Europe, training our team leaders is essential. On joining, you will be supported for several months, working alongside an experienced team leader.

 

Your area of operation :

The team you will join works mainly on sites in the North region. However, it may occasionally be required to work elsewhere in France during the year, so you may need to travel and stay away from home for extended periods.

• Public works collective agreement

• Hourly rate based on your salary expectations, skills and experience

• Meal and travel allowances

• 35-hour week on an annualised basis (overtime worked and time off in lieu)

Your profile :

Ideally, you have training in public works. You have significant, successful professional experience in civil engineering and/or pipe-laying companies (over 3 years)
