resin

a sustainable solution for your URBAN OR INDUSTRIAL HEATING AND COOLING NETWORKS

Drinking water networks deteriorate over time due to factors such as leaks, corrosion, scaling and reduced flow. Problems such as changes in the taste and quality of the water can also appear. Faced with these issues, replacing pipelines entirely is costly and slow. That is why we offer resin rehabilitation, a fast, non-intrusive alternative.

This food-grade polyurethane resin lining rehabilitates your pipelines by forming a new protective layer inside them, without digging trenches.

See in the diagram below how this method works, step by step, to ensure thorough cleaning.

Benefits of rehabilitation with food-grade polyurethane resin

The food-grade polyurethane resins we use provide lasting protection against leaks, corrosion and scaling. They fully coat the inner wall of the pipes, creating a watertight, durable lining that can extend pipe life by more than 40 years. In addition, our polyurethane resins hold ACS approval (French health compliance certificate), guaranteeing they are safe for drinking water.

Application with the spray head

Using our application head, the resin is sprayed precisely onto the inner pipe walls, forming a durable protective layer suitable for drinking or non-potable water.

2

CCTV inspection check

After application, a CCTV survey checks the quality of the rehabilitation and confirms that the pipes meet current standards.

Any questions?

frequently asked questions

  • Resin rehabilitation is cheaper and much faster than replacing pipelines entirely. It also avoids the disruption of open trenches and extends the life of your infrastructure.

  • Typically, between 100 and 180 metres of pipeline can be rehabilitated in a single day, which considerably reduces network downtime compared with traditional replacement.

  • The food-grade polyurethane resin lining is guaranteed to last at least 40 years, and ART Europe’s ten-year liability insurance gives your works additional protection.
