A.R.T. Europe was founded in 2006 by Romuald Bontemps, driven by the desire to offer a different, more responsible approach to water network rehabilitation. He saw early on the potential of trenchless techniques to modernise pipelines while limiting the impact on local areas.

With a clear vision, he brought together a team of committed professionals who share the same values: technical excellence, rigour and respect for resources. Together, they developed innovative solutions such as resin spray lining, suited to the challenges faced by local authorities and private operators.

Our solutions meet the requirements of any water network operator, public (water boards, local authorities, etc.) or private (utility operators, industrial companies, etc.), in France and abroad.

As water works specialists, we work on networks of all sizes, from DN 80 to DN 2000, and have adapted to a wide range of technical and geographical environments.
