At A.R.T. Europe, the "A" in our name stands for Audit, the essential first step in our network rehabilitation approach. Drawing on more than 20 years of field experience, we have developed a rigorous methodology to support contracting authorities and clients in their decisions on preventive maintenance, rehabilitation or trenchless renewal of their networks.
A progressive 3-phase audit methodology
Diagnosis is the starting point of a technical, rigorous and tailored approach. Drawing on 20 years of field experience, we have structured our approach around 3 main phases.
Phase 3
Audit Report
Compilation of results and technical and economic recommendations, with tailored solutions or a justified referral elsewhere.
Phase 2
Technical Audit
Network inspection using various methods (metallographic analysis, 3D scanner, camera, robot) to accurately assess pipeline condition, often without interrupting service.
Phase 1
Discovery Audit
Analysis of existing data (plans, leak history, water quality) and discussions with technical teams to understand the network and guide the strategy.

Our role is not to impose a solution, but to give decision-makers the information they need to make the best technical and economic choice, based on the network’s actual characteristics and site constraints.

We master all 4 technical levels of network rehabilitation, including level 4 with ACS-certified polyurethane resin – an exclusive solution that we are the only company authorised to apply in France.
